So it’s not the greatest part of West Palm but the street has other nice hotels and corporate buildings that dead ends into a Cracker Barrel. Took several day time walks and felt very safe. Carl at front desk is absolutely fabulous. I can’t say enough good things about the housekeepers. Natasha particularly friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and super quiet. Even on first floor near desk where I expected some noise. The breakfast is actually also one of the better ones with plenty of options. 24 hour fresh ground coffee too! Rooms have large fridge and microwave. I am a bed snob and this one did not disappoint!!! What could use improvement is the gym facility. 3 pieces of cardio one set light weights a few odds and ends. No where to really exercise way way too small. Took mat to pool and did stretching which was actually quite pleasant. Nice to have washer/dryer and they sell detergent on site. The machines are $3.50 each and quarters are available at the desk This hotel was a nice surprise. Definitely a diamond in the rough.

Craig at the front desk was so helpful and friendly storing our bags. All the staff was great. Nice room and it was nice sitting on it by the pool. Breakfast was better than expected. Loved the pancake machine!

This hotel serves a really nice breakfast and coffee. The staff were all friendly. One thing we noticed is on the 3rd floor one of the doors was badly damaged. I'm not sure if someone tried to break in, but this should be replaced. It was a quiet hotel and we would stay here again.
